Welcome, 2008!

Happy New Year! There's only one hour left in 2007 and Matt is getting ready for his trip to Puebla, Mexico where he'll begin his Spanish immersion class on January 2. I'll take him to the airport in about 5 hours. A 6:15 a.m. flight must have seemed like a good idea at the time! The kids and I are really going to miss him, but it is good to have some more time in a comfortable spot with lots of familiar faces.

We had a nice evening - dinner with my parents and the Woodruffs. Caroline and Luke had a great time driving trucks around the kitchen. The kids were in bed by 8:30 and the Woodruffs went home a couple of hours later. New Year's Rockin' Eve? Well, not exactly, but we had fun.

Matt started this blog a few days ago, and this is my first post. It's a "practice" if you will, so I think I'll end here so that I can spend a little more time with him and enjoy the last moments of this year!

December 2007 Photos

Enjoy some photos from our last few days in Arizona, our week in Minnesota and Christmas in Massachusetts. It was a wonderful time seeing everyone along the way.
